Isa Khan is a citizen of Pakistan who was held in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detention camps, in Cuba.〔 〕 His Guantanamo Internment Serial Number was 23. On July 6, 2010, he was arrested again in Bannu, Pakistan, for allegedly rejoining the Taliban.
